Arrive at front doors of High School Performing Arts Center, and park in the north lot. Mike Duncan will be the tour guide.
Saturday Olympia reception - 4-6pm
Welcome Reception: Free Beer/Wine/Appetizers - Olympia
Bus Transportation to Barn begins - 6pm
* there is no parking at the barn - so stop in at Olympia and have a drink, then board the bus - they will leave frequently!
Saturday Evening - Main Event - Barn Dance
- Dress Casual - Jeans! Maybe a fleece coat if it gets cool ...
- Best Damn Barbeque Dinner - 6-7:30pm
